Gas Heater Installation Option Details: Covers replacement of an existing gas heater only. Includes up to 20 feet of pipe, 8 fittings, one three-way valve, and one check valve for plumbing connections. Includes electrical connection of no more than 5 feet to the unit. The electrical panel used to feed the gas heater must have sufficient capacity for the unit’s amp draw. The gas meter must have sufficient pressure to properly supply the gas heater. Does not include pricing if the unit is installed inside a room that requires ventilation. There must be a clear passway or walkway from the installation site to the driveway where the technician’s vehicle is parked. Price includes removal of the old unit, if needed. Service available in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties.
